2024 Outdoor Fun Sports Day

On August 31, 2024, TPIPLASTIC Group hosted an “Outdoor Fun Sports Day” as a team-building event for employees. In a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, participants embraced the power of teamwork and the joy of bonding through activities. The event aimed to strengthen the company’s spirit and culture, unlock team potential, and enhance collaboration and camaraderie among colleagues.

Frisbee, invented in the United States in 1948, gained popularity in Europe in the 1970s.

After the coach explained the rules of Frisbee, each team was actively preparing for the game.

Through the wisdom of the members, the analysis of tactics, and the ability of teamwork, the team won the Frisbee competition.

“Tug-of-War Competition” — A single rope, united strength, and collective effort. The teams put in their all, showcasing a strong spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Each team gave it their best shot, fighting hard and never giving up, highlighting their determination and resilience.

After the excitement of the outdoor sports activities, the company treated everyone to a lavish dinner. Employees gathered together, enjoying delicious food while sharing their thoughts on life and work. It was a wonderful opportunity to deepen connections and strengthen the bonds between colleagues.
